    • An air floating unit and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce air leakage by press molding a hollow part by using an extrusion process instead of a cutting process. An air floating unit includes a hollow board(12), a hollow part(2), air leakage prevention plates(3,4), a plurality of ejection parts(5), and an air supply hole(6). The air leakage prevention plates are adhered on the hollow board by a screw(7) for blocking the hollow part. The plurality of ejection parts are installed on the surface of the hollow board by a hole process. The air supply hole is installed on the other surface of the hollow board. The air supply hole supplies the hollow part with compressed air which is ejected to the outside thereof through the plurality of ejection parts.

    • An OHT conveyer vehicle places a FOUP (110) on platforms (42a and 42b).
