    • An object of the invention is a launching device for launching an object from a launch pad, wherein said apparatus comprises a frame (1) affixed to the launch pad, a push element (2) for pushing an object detached from the launch pad, a flexible force storing element (3) for turning the push element (2) in relation to the frame (1), a casing (4) for holding the launchable object in place against the push element (2), and a lock element (6) for locking the casing (4) in standby position and for bringing the launching device in a position of ready to operate such that the frame (1) and the push element (2) are superposed and connected to each other substantially at one edge of the device, the frame (1) and the push element (2) being substantially parallel, force being stored in the force storing element (3) for displacing the push element (2) and that said stored force being releasable at a moment of launch. The force storing element (3) is composed of at least one spring (3`) or elastic band (3``) or an extension spring functioning as an elastic band, and the casing (4) has been attached fixedly to the frame (1) at its fixing point (9).

    • The object of the invention is a method to replace the control signal of an operation organ of a remote controlled flying apparatus with another signal. The signal to be replaced (a, b, etc., y, z, etc.) is a signal to be sent from the safety unit (5) to the speed regulator (7) that controls at least one operation organ or servo controlling it or a signal to be sent to servo controlling other operation organ and the replacing signal (x, y \ ,z \ , etc.) is a signal in the memory of the safety unit (5) that is capable of controlling the mentioned speed regulator or servo in such a way that the rotation speed of the motor (6) is essentially changed or the position of other by servo controlled operation organ is changed. As an application of the invention the mentioned replacing of the signal is connected to the opening of the parachute (8) and then the opening of the parachute of the flying apparatus causes automatically a considerable decreasing of the motors (6) rotation speed. The replacing signal can also be directed past the safety unit to its target.

    • The object of this invention is a method to shoot an object from a flying apparatus. The fixing organ is thread, metal cord, bar, strip, rope, line, or some combination of these and tension strength (T) is greater than the tension load of the push force (F) to the mentioned fixing organ. the tension strength (T) of the fixing organ is weakened to be less than the mentioned tension load by heating, burning, or melting the mentioned fixing organ by electric energy when the fixing organ breaks, the spring expands into the direction of the object and the push force (F) pushes the object out of the container and off the flying apparatus. The apparatus that is used in the present method is also an object of the invention.
