摘要： PURPOSE: To examine rapidly with high sensitivity in immunoassy of an analyte in a sample containing an endogenous antibody hindering analyte detection by performing pretreatment using an alkylating agent active with neutral or alkaline pH. CONSTITUTION: Prior to immunoassay of Chlamydia LPS or a similar antigen, pretreatment using an alkylating agent follows the extraction of an alkaline detergent. This alkylating agent is added before neutralization of a sample solution, desirably the alkylating agent active only with alkaline pH is added after the extraction of the alkaline detergent and incubated along with the sample solution for time enough for modification so that an endogenous antibody cannot hinder analyte detection during immunoassay. The alkylating agent is selected so as to be conformed to other reagents used for analyte extraction. After incubation, the sample solution is neutralized to make the alkylating agent inactive and then immunoassay is carried out.

摘要： PURPOSE: To store a standard solution in which troponin I and T are diluted for a long term by using a specified stabilizing composition. CONSTITUTION: This stabilizing composition contains one or more troponin I or T changed according to measuring method in 1-10 mole equivalents to troponin C, preferably 2-5 mole equivalents, and a large quantity of Mg and/or Ca ions in an aqueous medium. Mg and/or Ca ions are present in a form of salt, particularly, chloride, bromide or nitride. The quantity of Mg and/or Ca ions may be 100-10000 times by weight troponin I or T. A powdered troponin I or T composition is preferably laid in frozen dried state, and Mg and/or Ca ion such as CaCl2 is contained therein as it is desired. When troponin C is present, the stability of other troponins can be ensured only from when this composition is dissolved in the aqueous medium by a user.

摘要： PURPOSE: To improve the speed and reliability of a diagnosing test by using a kit having a granulocyte diluent containing labeled specific antibody, a labeling agent, magnetic particles coupled with the same specific antibody and a measuring rod having magnetized end, and counting the granulocyte from the sample of whole blood. CONSTITUTION: Human whole blood or biological liquid is mixed with a predetermined amount of granulocyte diluent and labeling agent containing a labeled specific antibody. The obtained sample is transferred to a container containing magnetic particles coupled with the same specific antibody, and they are shaken. The rod magnetized at the end and reference rod (the end part is coated with specific antigen) are placed in the container to react for one to five minutes. The measuring rod and reference rod are removed from the container, dipped in water for 1 to 10 sec, and cleaned. The number of the gcanulocyte bonded to the measuring rod is counted according to the method for labeled with a specific antigen such as, for example, radioactivity, and measured. The state of the specimen is diagnosed from the measured number of the granulocyte.

CONSTITUTION: A sample-and-hold amplifier 18 samples a voltage V2 when the end of an ultrasonic transducer approaches a fluid surface. At a certain time when the end jumps into the fluid surface, the amplifier 18 is set to a hold mode for holding a predetermined voltage substantially equal constant voltage to the voltage V2 when the hold cycle is started. Since the power output V3 of the amplifier 18 is substantially equal to the sampled voltage V2, this voltage is used as the reference voltage compared with the counted voltage. When the end is brought into contact with the fluid surface, the voltage V2 is spiked, and the spike is detected by a comparator 19. The voltage V3 forms a resistor divider by using resistors R2, R3 to avoid the small error of the fluid surface detection signal induced by noise in the circuit.
