摘要： The invention relates to a circular method for pickling copper and copper alloys. So far it has not been possible to pickle copper and copper alloys of different compositions with one pickling solution having the same basic composition. According to the inventive method, a sulfuric ferric sulfate solution with or without peroxodisulfate is used to pickle copper or copper alloys. The spent pickling solution is regenerated in one or more regeneration electrolytic cells which are partitioned by ion exchanger membranes or porous diaphragms. The dissolved copper is cathodically deposited and the ferric sulfate is anodically reoxidized, whereby optionally peroxodisulfate is formed. The regenerated pickling solution enriched with oxidizing agent is fed again to the pickling solution to adjust a predetermined redox potential. The method is suitable for the surface treatment of semi-finished copper and copper-alloy products and articles for removing oxide films and for activating the surface before a surface refinement by electroplating is carried out.

摘要： A process and device are disclosed for regenerating and recovering metals from chloride-containing solutions, such as those resulting from etching, corroding and rinsing during surface treatments, in particular galvanoplastic treatments and printed circuit board production, and that contain copper and other metal ions. The metals are separated from the acid, chloride-containing solutions with dissolved hydrogen. For that purpose, the acid chloride-containing solution is treated with hydrogen under a pressure from 0.0 to 0.5 MPa, available in the dissolved state in the water at a concentration from 0.6 to 1,8 kg/m h at a temperature between 10 and 60 DEG C, preferably between 15 and 50 DEG C, so that the metals are precipitated in the form of metal particles. A loop-type bubble column is used to carry out the process, said column comprising a reaction vessel (1), a circulating pump for stably delivering the gas-liquid mixture, a gas dispersing machine (3) for sucking-in and dispersing the gaseous hydrogen, a solid matter separating equipment (4) integrated in the circulating stream and possibly a dosing pump (5) for continuously feeding the solutions to be regenerated.

摘要： The invention relates to a process and a device for freeing organic residues, such as plastics, waste oils or biomass, from interfering substances, in a separation stage using a reactor (1), before carrying out degreasing of these residues by thermolysis. The residues are heated to melting under a protective gas in a closed reactor (1) and the resultant volatile interfering substances, such as halogen compounds, sulphur compounds, plasticizers and/or water, are taken off under reduced pressure together with the protective gas. Thereafter the protective gas is freed from the volatile interfering substances, after which the protective gas, for further stripping of the residue melt, is fed back in pulsed form to the same.

摘要： The invention relates to a process for the production of cement clinker and sulphur dioxide recovery for the production of Portland cement and sulphuric acid in the gypsum-sulphuric acid process from raw granulate in which CaSO3-containing by-products from flue gas desulphuretting plants is used in the proportion of from 5 to 80 % as a substitute for anhydrite. The process is characterized by a reduced overall cost and the use of by-products which were formerly difficult to exploit. Natural anhydrite can be replaced as CaO and SO2 carriers by by-products in such a way that high-grade cement clinker and SO2-containing gases for conversion into SO3 can be produced. The additional spraying of the raw granulate with waste sulphuric acid can at least compensate for the lower SO2 in the FGDP product as compared with anhydrite, thus providing gases with a higher SO2 content.

摘要： The invention concerns a process for the removal of oxides of nitrogen from flue gases such as are produced in the manufacture of sulphuric acid from sulphur, anhydrite, pyrites or other sulphides. Sulphuric acid at a concentration of 97-100 % is sprayed into the NOx-containing gas stream at a temperature of 50-75 DEG C and in the presence of air, and the sulphuric acid containing the oxides of nitrogen is then separated off again in a thick-bed fibreglass filter. The process gives an NOx removal rate of over 95 %. It can be carried out without the need for any great investment and does not require any additional chemicals. The NOx-containing acid can be used for a variety of purposes.
