      SOLUTION: This spinal implant 100 is configured to be disposed within an interspinous process space between a first spinous process SP1 of a spinal column and a second spinous process SP2 of the spinal column. The spinal implant includes a plurality of elongate spacers. A first elongate spacer from the plurality of elongate spacers is configured to slidably contact at least a second elongate spacer from the plurality of elongate spacers. The spinal implant 100 includes an elastic member 108 configured to allow movement of each elongate spacer from the plurality of elongate spacers relative to the remaining elongate spacers from the plurality of elongate spacers within a predetermined range of motion.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical device for curing various clinical conditions of spondylus, or a device used for curing spinal canal stenosis, the device being implanted between neighboring spinous processes. SOLUTION: The device includes a pair of plates 20 with spikes 30 that are fitted so that the spikes 30 are embedded in an upper spinous process and a lower spinous process neighboring to the upper spinous process. Each of the plates 20 includes: a plate 20 that is fitted so that the plate 20 is arranged on one side surface of neighboring spinous processes; and the plurality of spikes 30 that are arranged along an internal side surface of either upper part or lower part of each plate 20. A pillar 22 is extending from one of the plates 20 and the other plate 20 demarcates a cut out 24 that accommodates an end part of the pilar 22.
