    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cryo transfer holder for a transmission type transmission electron microscope with a novel structure.SOLUTION: The cryo transfer holder for the transmission type transmission electron microscope is characterized in including: (A) a sample support base having a sample rod, disabled to rotate on its axis, such that the sample base is formed nearby one terminal, a contact projection part is fitted to the one terminal, and the other terminal is inserted into a cooling pipe of a heat insulation container part reciprocally movably and airtightly, and a heat insulation pipe made of a heat insulation material, having one end coupled to the heat insulation container part, and surrounding a sample rod part except the sample base part during an observation; (B) the heat insulation container part which is double containers in which a cooling refrigerant is put and has a cooling pipe formed penetrating its inside; and (C) rod reciprocation means coupled to the heat insulation container part on a side face where the other terminal of the sample rod is projected, and making the sample rod reciprocally move with user's external force relatively to the heat insulation container part.
