    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of aggregate for pretensioned spun high strength concrete (PHC) piles and a concrete composition for PHC pile manufacturing which uses the same are provided to omit an autoclave process which requires high energy consumption and to replace natural aggregate by using slag which is industrial byproduct generated from an electric steel manufacturing process. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of aggregate for PHC piles comprises the following steps: (100) cooling oxidizing slag by using melted electric furnace which includes electric slag generated during a steel manufacturing process by the electric furnace; (200) crushing oxidizing slags by using the cooled electric furnace; (300) sorting the crushed electric furnace slag by magnetic force by composition of iron; and (400) sieving the sorted electric furnace oxidizing slag. The manufacturing method of aggregate for PHC piles additionally includes the following steps before the cooling step: (510) isolating ferric oxide by adding a reducing agent to the melted electric furnace oxidizing slag; and (520) adding silicon dioxide. If the test piece mold is rotated with the turn-table, the lifting unit lifts the cleaning unit, dryer unit, and coating unit to perform the corresponding task and a plurality of test piece molds is consecutively cleaned.
