    • A priority control system includes a terminal, and a processing server coupled over a network. The processing server has an operation processing sections each of which executes a predetermined process, a communications device, a priority determination section, and a priority assignment section. The processing server also has priority information about priorities to be assigned according to a type of operation processing section. Each of the operation processing sections executes the predetermined process based on a packet, provided by the terminal, and generates screen information with a result of the predetermined process. The communications device transmits screen information with an assigned priority. The terminal receives the screen information transferred by a network device on the network in accordance with the priority, and displays the screen information.

    • An information processing system is provided, which allows an information processing device to use network devices across firewall devices without having the firewall devices configured for respective protocols which are to be used for communication with the network devices. By connecting a local machine and a remote machine with each other via a VPN and providing the remote machine with a VPN gateway function, the local machine is allowed to belong to a network on the remote machine side. As a result, in a case where the firewall devices exist between the local machine and the remote machine, merely by setting the firewall devices to connect the local machine and the remote machine with each other via the VPN, the local machine can communicate with the various network devices connected to the network on the remote machine side by means of various protocols.

    • The invention relates to a pyrophosphoric acid bath for use in cyanogen-free copper-tin alloy plating that contains an additive (A) composed an amine derivative, an epihalohydrin and a glycidyl ether compound with ratios of epihalohydrin to glycidyl ether compound being 0.5–2 to 0.1–5 on mol basis, per 1 mol of the amine derivative, has a pH of 3 to 9, and optionally contains an additive (B) composed of an organic sulfonic acid and/or an organic sulfonic acid salt, and to a copper-tin alloy coating obtainable by using the bath.
