摘要： The disclosure provides a method for producing a stack of layers on a semiconductor substrate. The method includes producing a substrate a first conductive layer; and producing by ALD a sub-stack of layers on said conductive layer, at least one of said layers of the sub-stack being a TiO2 layer, the other layers of the sub-stack being layers of a dielectric material having a composition suitable to form a cubic perovskite phase upon crystallization of said sub-stack of layers. Crystallization is obtained via heat treatment. When used in a metal-insulator-metal capacitor, the stack of layers can provide improved characteristics as a consequence of the TiO2 layer being present in the sub-stack.

In one embodiment, the display includes i) a first substrate, ii) a second substrate facing the first substrate and iii) a display unit formed between the first and second substrates and comprising organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs). The display further includes i) a sealant formed between the first and second substrates so as to substantially surround the display unit, wherein the first and second substrates are bonded to each other via the sealant and ii) a filler formed at an inner side of the sealant to cover the display unit, wherein a magnetic substance is dispersed in the filler.

摘要： Provided is a method for screening a biological molecule rapidly and economically with high-throughput using microbeads encoded with silver nanoparticles and a chemical compound and dielectrophoresis. A biological screening method particularly utilizes microbeads encoded with silver nanoparticles and a specific chemical compound and dielectrophoresis. Since this screening method does not use a fluorescent material and a dying agent, which are typically used in the conventional screening method, it is non-toxic and economical. Also, this screening method allows simultaneous identification of many target materials. Accordingly, a leading compound can be screened within a short period of time, and thus, this screening method can be implemented as an economical and effective system for developing new pharmaceutical products.
