    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing drying machine capable of enhancing cleaning effect by well cloth wetting effect and a temperature rise of the laundries and the swelling effect of the same, by atomizing water particles in generated steam by electrostatic atomization and feeding the same to the laundries in a rotary tank.
      SOLUTION: The washing drying machine includes a water tank 5 arranged in the casing 2 and fed with washing water, the rotary tank 6 rotatably arranged in the water tank and washing the laundries with the washing water, a steam generator 28 arranged so as to be coupled to the water feeding channel 25 of the washing water and generating the steam S by heating the fed water by a heater, and a steam generating unit 27 equipped with an electrostatic atomizer 29 atomizing the generated steam using the discharge electrodes, wherein the steam generating unit is constituted by arranging the electrostatic atomizer in the location through which the steam discharged from the steam generator passes, and the washing drying machine is characterized by passing the steam through the electric field generated from the discharge electrodes to atomize the same and to discharge the same into the rotary tank.

The filter device has a configuration including: a filter case having a water inlet to which the other end of the water supply hose is connected on one end, and a water outlet which is connected to the water supply receiving port on the other end; and a filter medium which is provided in a water passage between the water inlet and the water outlet and filters impurity in the filter case. By removing the other end of the water supply hose in which one end is connected to the water source from the water inlet of the filter device and connecting it to the water outlet side, water can flow backward in the filter device.
