摘要： A process for production of a flexible laminated sheet having one or more laminated bodies each provided with a metal foil formed on one side of a resin film, the process comprising a coating step in which a varnish containing a polyamic acid and a solvent is coated onto the metal foil to form a coated film, a holding step in which the coated film formed on the metal foil is held, a drying step in which at least a portion of the solvent in the varnish is removed to form a layer composed of a resin composition, and a resin film-forming step in which the layer composed of the resin composition is heated to form a resin film containing a polyimide resin. The conditions for each step from the coating step up to the resin film-forming step are adjusted based on a target for the content of metal elements in the resin film.

The input system includes the data processor and the portable terminal. The data processor transmits to the portable terminal the input permitted character type associated with a character input enabled input box. The portable terminal sets the type of characters to be input, to the input permitted character type as received, and transmits to the data processor an input character that is of the input permitted character type as set.

摘要： A piezoelectric filter capable of improving the shielding property and increasing the heat releasing property is provided. The piezoelectric device includes a cover and piezoelectric device chips which are stacked and sealed together. The piezoelectric device also includes first external electrodes exposed at an upper surface of the cover and a grounded second external electrode exposed at the upper surface and a side surface of the cover. Electroconductive bonding materials are disposed between the cover and the piezoelectric device chips and all around an outer edge which connects the cover to the piezoelectric device chips so as to form a seal. The electroconductive bonding materials are also connected to the grounded second external electrode.

The piezoelectric filter includes a plurality of piezoelectric resonators including a substrate and a vibration portion provided on the substrate, the vibration portion having a structure in which the top and bottom surfaces of a thin film portion including at least one piezoelectric thin film are sandwiched between at least a pair of an upper electrode and a lower electrode facing each other, wherein the upper electrode of a predetermined piezoelectric resonator is made of a material having susceptibility to etching that is different from that of the upper electrode of the other piezoelectric resonator.

摘要： A piezoelectric filter includes a piezoelectric thin film disposed on a silicon substrate, and a plurality of piezoelectric resonators each having electrodes facing each other with the piezoelectric thin film sandwiched therebetween, and each of the plurality of piezoelectric resonators has a filtering function. The electrode material of one of the piezoelectric resonators is different from the electrode material of the other piezoelectric resonators. For example, the former electrode material has a higher stiffness than the latter electrode material. The piezoelectric filter achieves high-Q resonance and improves the attenuation characteristic.
