CONSTITUTION:A top force 11 is composed of a proper body 13 having a molded surface 13a of a spherical form which molds a surface excepting a three-dimensional projection part 3 of an insulation spacer 1, and four nests 14 which are buried in the molded surface to mold the three-dimensional irregular form part 3 of the spacer 1. A bottom force 12 is composed of a proper body 18 having a molded surface 18a of the spherical form which molds a rear surface excepting the projection part 3 of the spacer 1, and four nests 19 as a three-dimensional projection molding part which molds the rear surface of the projection part 3. The nests 14, 19 are respectively fit freely detachably in an upper force proper body 13 and a bottom force proper body 18 with bolts. Then, only the proper bodies 13, 18 are two-dimentionally worked, and only the nests are three-dimensionally worked. Therefore, the proper bodies 13, 18 and the nests 13, 18 are separately two-dimensionally and three dimentionally worked, and the working will be simplified.

    • PURPOSE:To surely prevent a blade section from coming out of an end plate coupling groove at the bottom section due to the molding contraction of the blade section, also prevent the occurrence of a gap between the coupling groove and the bottom section of the blade due to thermal influence during actual compression operations with the leak of gas reduced, and thereby enhance compression efficiency and reliability. CONSTITUTION:A scroll is made up of the end plate section K of a metallic disc for one side surface of which a scroll shaped coupling groove 20 is provided, and of a blade section T made of synthetic resin the bottom section 21 of which is coupled with the coupling groove wherein the most of the section is injection molded in such a way as to be projected in a scroll shape out of the end plate section. The cross sectional shape of the coupling groove 20 and the end plate bottom section coupled with the coupling groove is formed into an inverse taper where the groove width is expanded toward the groove bottom surface from the groove open section.

    • PURPOSE:To automatically analyze the kind of foreign matter without supplying a current to a liquid crystal cell by irradiating the transparent substrate of the liquid crystal cell with laser beam to detect the position of foreign matter and irradiating the foreign matter with ultraviolet rays on the basis of the positional data thereof to detect the fluorescence emitted from the foreign matter. CONSTITUTION:A measuring liquid crystal cell 3 is placed on a positioning mechanism 7 to be moved and the entire surface of the cell 3 is irradiated with laser beam 1. The laser beam 1 transmitted through the cell 3 is incident to a photodetector 5. The image data thereof is sent to an image processor 15 and a computer 20 through a television camera 14 to obtain the positional data of foreign matter to be stored in a memory 22. Next, on the positional data of the memory 22, the cell 3 is moved to the position of a broken line to selectively irradiate the position where the foreign matter is present with ultraviolet rays. The microscopic image due to the weak fluorescence generated by this irradiation is caught by a fluorescence microscope 17 and the kind of the foreign matter is judged by the image processor 15 through the camera 14.

    • PURPOSE:To improve accuracy in sensitiveness of a fluorescent X-ray analysis by providing a removable filter made of a material whose atomic number is smaller than an anode material or a compound whose constituent's average atomic number is smaller than the same. CONSTITUTION:When X-rays (continuous X-ray and characteristic X-ray of a target 2 material) generated when an anode (target) 2 is irradiated with an electron ray passes through a Be aperture 3 and a filter 4, the most parts are absorbed by the material of the filter 4, and then the characteristic X-ray of the constituent element is generated. In this case the characteristic X-ray effectively energize the filter material 4 to give a strong characteristic X-ray by using, as the constituent of the filter 4, a proper element whose atomic number is smaller than that of the target member 2. It is thus possible to obtain an improved excitation condition easily in a fluorescent X-ray analysis, and to improve the accuracy in sensitiveness of the analysis.
