    • Disclosed is a dual wafer stage switching system for a lithography machine. The system comprises a base stage (30), a wafer stage (16.1) running at a pre-processing workstation, and a wafer stage (16.2) running at an exposure workstation. A rotating motor (41) is mounted under the base stage (30) for rotating the two wafer stages after the wafer stages have completed pre-processing and exposure operations in order to complete position switch of the wafer stages, wherein the base stage (30) is kept stationary during the switch. The present invention avoids rotation of a large inertia base stage and has low requirement for motor power, while eliminating a guide rail docking device and an auxiliary device and greatly simplifying system configuration. The system is easy and convenient to operate and easy to control.

    • A device and a method for a field expansion. A support core (30) is inserted into the device by a field expansion apparatus. The field expansion apparatus has a pressure applying means (20) defining a radially expandable inner surface and a flat surface radially outwardly extending from the radially expandable inner surface. The device comprises an elastomeric tubing (10) and an adapter (40). The elastomeric tubing (10) has a forward end opposite a rearward end and an axial bore extending therethrough configured to receive the support core (30).     • A method for optimizing within subnet communication in a network environment is provided and includes receiving, at a Top-Of-Rack (ToR) switch, an advertisement from an attached host belonging to a subnet of a network environment, seeking a Media Access Control (MAC) address of a remote host in the subnet, looking up a host information database in a control plane of the ToR switch, and responding to the advertisement with the MAC address of the remote host. If the MAC address is not found, the ToR switch may not respond to the advertisement. The method can further include receiving, at the ToR switch from a remote ToR switch in the subnet, a host information of the remote host in the subnet, including an IP address and the MAC address of the remote host, the Layer 2 broadcast domain it belongs to, and storing the host information in the host information database.
