    • The invention relates to a seal arrangement comprising a cylinder element (104), a drivable, axially guided piston (110), a sealing element (100), and a working chamber (112) being delimited by the piston (110) and by the sealing element (100). The sealing element (100) comprises an asymmetrical cross-sectional profile having a sealing lip (138) which is formed by two converging sealing edges (130, 132) with different edge angles (134, 136). In the assembled state the sealing element acts upon the piston (110) with an asymmetrical contact pressure profile. With an installation in the correct position the sealing element (100) has a return-conveying effect in one of the movement directions (H) of the piston (110). In order to recognize the installation in the correct position the sealing element (100) is equipped with a marking (160).
