摘要： PURPOSE: To improve the workability by adhering projected part surface of the an asphalt roofing without any hole provided with recessed and projected parts on the reverse surface to a base material while a molten asphalt is applied to the base material. CONSTITUTION: A waterproof asphalt comprising a mineral powder layer, an asphalt layer, a base material layer, an asphalt layer, and recessed/projected layer made of synthetic resin where recessed parts are communicated with each other is formed. When the recess/projection is formed during the manufacture, laminates or mineral powders are sprayed over the synthetic resin film of the asphalt layer to stamp the recessed/projected shape through emboss working, and the recessed parts are communicated with each other so as to fully secure the permeability. A layer of improved adhesivity with affinity with the synthetic resin and asphalt is provided on each side of the synthetic resin layer as necessary to reinforce the adhesion between the recessed/projected synthetic resin layer and the molten asphalt applied to the base material and the asphalt layer. The sheet without any holes can be used, and a separation paper can be dispensed with.

摘要： PURPOSE: To improve heat-resistant properties and the affinitive state to corner sections at the time of the execution of works by manufacturing a corner molding for asphalt waterproofness by fused asphalt and a sheet containing a thermoplastic resin having heat-resistant properties and inorganic fillers. CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic-resin composition sheet 2 is manufactured by polypropylene or a thermoplastic resin having the temperature of thermal deformation higher than the same extent as polypropylene and inorganic fillers. The sheet 2 is molded in response to the shape of an outside angle section or a reentrant angle section, thus producing a corner molding 1 for asphalt waterproofness. When fused asphalt is applied, no melting and contraction is generated by the heat of the asphalt, and the molded form 1 is softened properly and can be molded. The corner molding 1 for asphalt waterproofness is used, thus resisting the temperature of the fused asphalt at the time of the execution of works, then improving the affinitive state to the corner sections.

摘要： PURPOSE:To facilitate the recycle of a packing material after use by forming the packing material by use of a resin composite having a softening point lower than a prescribed temperature and a required characteristic on an asphalt roofing roll. CONSTITUTION:A packing material layer consisting of a resin composite having a softening point lower than 200 deg.C, never thermally decomposed for a long time at the fusing temperature of asphalt, and compatible with asphalt is formed on an asphalt roofing roll. The package of the thus-constituted asphalt roofing roll is released, the packing layer is put into an asphalt fusing pot used for adhering the asphalt roofing to a matter subjected to construction, so that it can be recycled as an adhesive material together with the fused asphalt. Therefore, a resin composite such as a wax consisting of hydrogenated thermoplastic elastomer, or high crystalline alpha-olefin polymer or copolymer is used to satisfy a required characteristic, and a strength as high as craft paper is exhibited as a packaging material.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent leakage of water and enhance the workability by carrying out water-proofing work for a water-proof sheet transversely of the water-proof sheet with the use of a corner member having a right-angled triangular shape or a truncated right-angle triangular shape so as to reduce the number of stacked sheets. CONSTITUTION:A corner member 4 is partly cut off at one end part of a water- proof sheet 1, and accordingly, a joint part is smoothly formed during water proof sheets B being successively built up. In this case, a self-adhesive layer is formed over a part of the outer surface of the water-proof sheet along the end surface of the corner member 4 on the side remote from the cut-off part, and is then covered thereover with a peel-off sheet. When it is stuck to a building, the self-adhesive layer and the peel-off sheet are provided on the finishing water-proof sheet side for a rise-up part, and one of associated face fasteners is fixed to a corresponding part of the building. Alternatively, a double-surface adhesive tape or sheet is previously applied on a part of the building where the finishing water-proof sheet for the rise-up part is applied.

CONSTITUTION:Gaps produced in overlapping parts or in butting parts when waterproof sheets A, B and C are laid in overlap are covered by affixing a waterproof sealing material 1, with its fluorocarbon resin layer facing upward, to a place over the gaps, and pressure is applied thereon. The sealing material 1 is made by layering a fluorocarbon resin layer 4, an adhesive material layer 5, a foaming material layer 6 and a viscous material layer 7 and as occasion demands, a metallic material layer is interposed between the adhesive material layer 5 and the foaming material layer 6. Then, the sealing material 1 is affixed, stretching over areas (d) in a two-layer, (a) in a three-layer, (e) in a single-layer and the like that are made by laying the waterproof sheets A, B and C in overlap, and thereby penetration of water can be shut off.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve durability of a waterproof layer by placing concrete by way of laying a first waterproof layer provided With a synthetic resin layer and a second waterproof layer on the bed concrete. CONSTITUTION:A first waterproof layer consisting of an adhesive material layer 2 provided with an adhesive material non-existing part for deaeration, a synthetic resin layer 3, an asphalt layer 4 and an antisticking layer 5 preventing asphalt from sticking to other matters is adhered on the bed concrete 22. Thereafter, a second waterproof layer consisting of an antisticking layer 6 to prevent asphalt from sticking to other matters, an asphalt layer 7 and a synthetic resin layer 8 is adhered by using fused asphalt 20. Thereafter, presser concrete 23 is placed on these first waterproof layer and second waterproof layer, and alkali water is prevented from immersing into the waterproof layers from above and below. Consequently, it is possible to extensively improve durability of the waterproof layers and to save labor.
