    • A chair type stretching apparatus in this invention comprises a seat, a backrest, a flexible sheet, a tension means, and a controller. The flexible sheet is disposed on a top of the seat to extend an entire width of the seat. The tension means is provided on the seat and is configured to apply tensional force to the flexible sheet so as to move a center of the flexible sheet toward an upper direction of the seat. The controller is configured to control the tension means in order to move the center of the flexible sheet to a vertical direction. The tension means is provided on at least one width end of the seat in order to apply the tensional force along a width direction of the seat to the flexible sheet, whereby the tension means moves the center of the flexible sheet to the vertical direction.

    • To enable images of game screens concerning a plurality of game programs to be systematically stored in a storage unit and a desired image to be swiftly displayed on a display unit in a later time, a game device of the present invention includes: a program executing unit for executing each of a plurality of game programs; an identification information acquiring unit for acquiring identification information on the game program during execution of the game program; an image acquiring unit for acquiring at least one image of a game screen generated during the execution of the game program; an image storing unit for storing the at least one image into the storage unit in association with the identification information; and a display control unit for reading the image stored in association with any one of the identification information from the storage unit based on a specification made by a user, and displaying the image on the display unit.

    • A device for non-invasive determination of a glucose concentration in the blood of a subject which includes a light source for producing near-infrared radiation having successive wavelengths within a range of 1300 nm to 2500 nm, a light projecting unit for projecting the near-infrared radiation on a skin of the subject, a light receiving unit for receiving a resulting radiation emitted from the inside of the skin, and a spectrum analyzing unit for making a spectrum analysis of the resulting radiation, and determining the glucose concentration according to the spectrum analysis. The light receiving unit is separated from the light projecting unit by a distance defined within a range of 0.1 mm to 2 mm to selectively sense the resulting radiation emitted from a dermis layer positioned under an epidermis layer of the skin. The glucose concentration in the blood is determined at the spectrum analyzing unit by using the spectrum analysis and a statistically-obtained correlation between glucose concentration in dermis region and glucose concentration in blood of test subjects.
