    • Disclosed is a miniature moving-coil speaker comprising a magnetic circuit system, a vibration system, and an auxiliary system for fixing the magnetic circuit system and the vibration system. The vibration system comprises a diaphragm and a voice coil integrated with the diaphragm. The auxiliary system comprises a plastic enclosure. The diaphragm is installed correspondingly at one end face of the enclosure, while the magnetic circuit system is installed at the other end face of the enclosure opposite the diaphragm; also: a flexible circuit board is arranged on the end face of the enclosure where the magnetic circuit system is installed, and the voice coil is electrically connected to the flexible circuit board. The design reduces product installation height, while at the same time facilitates wire-leading and wire-combing for the miniature moving-coil speaker, and simplifies product design.

    • Silica aerogels with improved properties are disclosed together with methods for synthesizing such aerogels. The improved properties include lower thermal conductivity (better insulating capacity), lower acoustic velocity, lower dielectric constant and improved ductility. Greater tunability of the refractive index can also be achieved. The silica aerogels are prepared by a sol-gel processing method that provides better control of the formation of aerogel structures. Generally speaking, the improvements arise from control of the synthesis to create a morphology of primary clusters and diverse-sized secondary clusters of dense silica aerogels separated by less densely packed regions. By providing a broader range of secondary clusters and/or pore sizes and loose connectivity between clusters, reductions can be achieved in thermal conductivity and flexural modulus.

    • The present invention provides compositions and methods for preparing protein drug conjugate and its application to stem cell therapy and treating cancer cells. The composition is an antibody-binding-therapeutic drug conjugate that binds antibodies targeted to cancer or stem cells. The method of using the composition includes the steps of combining an antibody that targets the cancer cells or stem cells with a sample for a time sufficient to allow said antibody to bind the targeted cells present in said sample and adding the antibody-binding-drug conjugate for a time sufficient to allow binding to the antibody bound to the targeted cells. The presence of the drug reduces the number of or eliminates the targeted cancer cells or stem cells. A similar method is disclosed for selecting antibodies that may be effective antibody drug conjugates.
