    • PURPOSE:To heighten an effect of draft by providing a dust on the back of a refrigerator whose upper part opens near the roof and lower end locates below a compressor's upper part in such a manner as to cover it, thereby causing heat to flow into the duct naturally and increase buoyancy. CONSTITUTION:Heat released from a condenser 10 rises higher than ducts 5a 5c due to natural convection by air coming in from an air intake 17 of the under surface orthogonally to the condenser 10 and is released. Also, position changes of lower end 22 of a duct 5 causes draft force of heat in the duct 5 to be changed. Heat released from a compressor 9 and the condenser 10 goes into the duct 5 along one or a plurality of ducts 5 and rises in the duct 5, which then gathers high temperature air passed through the compressor 9 and condenser 10. Thus occurred natural convection produces much more draft effect than a conventional refrigerator which releases heat from a machine room by natural convection, resulting in heat release of a machine room.

    • PURPOSE:To save electric power by providing a valve device capable of operating, interlocking with the operation and shutdown of a compressor, and opening a refrigerant flow passage during the operation of the compressor, and closing said refrigerant flow passage during the shutdown of the compressor between a condenser and a pressure reduction device or between the pressure reduction device and a vaporizer. CONSTITUTION:When each chamber of a deep freezer is cooled down to a preset temperature by means of a freezing device which uses substitute refrigerant for CFC-12, such as HCFC-22 or HFC-134a, a drop in the cooling temperature is detected by a sensor, such as a thermostat installed inside the chamber operates so that the power supply may be suspended, which halts the operation of a fan motor 6 of a compressor or the like. At the same time, an on/off valve 7 reacts synchronously with this and closes a refrigerant flow passage. The on/off valve 7 is represented by a solenoid valve or a spontaneous power supply type solenoid valve, and a check valve built-in one piece fluid control valve or the like. This operation prevents high temperature high pressure gas refrigerant in the compressor 1 from flowing into a vaporizer, passing through a pressure reduction device 3 in terms of a condenser 2 and further a rotary compressor-mounted deep freezer. Therefore, this construction makes it possible to reduce thermal load, including the amount of heat leakage which enters through the insulation wall in the deep freezer and hence minimize the power consumption.

    • PURPOSE:To heighten the reliability of refrigerating capacity, by a method wherein one evaporator in which a refrigerant surely flows is provided on one refrigerant circuit led to the suction port of a compressor through the outlet port of an ejector and the other evaporator in which a temperature lower than that of the former evaporator is produced is provided on the other refrigerant circuit led to the suction port of the ejector through the outlet port thereof. CONSTITUTION:After a refrigerant gas with both high temperature and high pressure, which is compressed by a compressor 1, is liquefied by a condenser 2, the pressure thereof is reduced through a first throttle device 3 and an ejector 4, and the temperature thereof is lowered and enters a first evaporator 9. After the refrigerant is evaporated and one refrigeration is done at that place, the refrigerant gas is sucked into the compressor 1 again. In this case, since a pressure at a suction port 6 of the ejector 4 is lowered as compared with that of an outlet port 7 thereof, suction work is caused, and the refrigerant flow sucked into the suction port 6 from the outlet port 7 of the ejector 4 through a second throttle device 10 and a second evaporator 11 is produced and the refrigerant is evaporated and the other refrigeration is also done at the second evaporator 11. By the second throttle device 10, in addition, a refrigerant temperature evaporated at the second evaporator 11 is made lower than that of the first evaporator 9.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent refrigerant flowing sound of a refrigerating cycle to be generated upon stopping of a compressor by disposing the suction end of a suction tube extended downward from the upper part of the outlet of an accumulator under the lower end of the outlet of an inner pipe. CONSTITUTION:Refrigerant in an accumulator 6 after the cooling operation of a refrigerating cycle has been stopped is formed in two-phase zone of gas refrigerant 5 in an upper part and liquid refrigerant 4 in a lower part, and a gas and liquid boundary surface 12 is gradually raised due to an increase in the refrigerant 5 in an evaporator 1. However, since the gas of the upper part from the inlet of a suction tube 13 is sealed in a closed space of the upper part of the accumulator 6 when the surface 12 reaches a suction end 14 disposed at a lower position than the discharge end 15 of the inner pipe, gas pressure is raised. Simultaneously, the refrigerant 4 lifted from the tube 13 is arrived at a compressor, and heated by the heat of high temperature to be evaporated to raise the back pressure of the tube 13. The surface 12 ls pressed down by these two actions to maintain the outlet end 15 of the inner pipe disposed at the upper part than the end 14 in a gas zone to eliminate flowout of bubbling refrigerant into the refrigerant 4.

CONSTITUTION:Left and right cams 8 and 9 engaged with left and right binges 5 and 6 are intercoupled through two coupling levers of the one being an upper lever and the other being a lower lever in a manner to nip the cams in a sandwich shape. The coupling levers 10 and 11 are engaged with staged parts 24 and 25 mounted to the cams 8 and 9, and the coupling levers 10 and 11 and the cams 8 and 9 are formed so as to maintain a lock relation between the hinge pins 5, 6 and the cams 8, 9. Besides, a resilient means 26 to promptly return erroneous movement of the cams 8 and 9 to a regular position is provided. Thus, even when the positions of the cams 8 and 9 are erroneously moved, the cams are returned to a regular position in time for door closing operation. This constitution enables smooth and reliable opening and closing of a lateral biparting door through a low-cost mechanism, and prevents simultaneous release of engagement of left and right fulcrums even when a door is wide and large.

    • PURPOSE:To improve a defrosting water evaporating performance and reduce the size of a drainage evaporating apparatus, a heat invasion into an icebox and a temperature rise in a compressor by leading the heat of the compressor from an exhaust heat passage formed between the bottom surface of an evaporating dish and the contour of the compressor to a hydrophilic evaporating plate via the ventilating opening of the evaporating dish by a draft. CONSTITUTION:The configuration of the bottom surface of an evaporating dish 11 provided in a space above a compressor 7 is formed into the similar figures of the contour of the compressor 7 along the circumference of the contour of the compressor 7. A passage 8 for discharging heat is provided between the bottom surface of the evaporating dish 11 and the contour of the compressor 7 with given spaces from them. The evaporating dish 11 is provided with a duct 9 for exhaust heat approximately just above the compressor 7. A plurality of hydrophilic fins 12 for evaporating defrosting water are provided in the opening of the duct 9. A high temperature and high pressure refrigerant discharge tube 13 may be provided above the duct 9 for the exhaust heat of the evaporating dish 11 in adjacent to the evaporating hydrophilic fins 12. The air flows via the heat discharging passage 8 and the duct 9 for discharging the heat of the evaporating dish and further the ventilating air conducts an effective heat exchange by the fins 12 for evaporating the defrosting water.
