摘要： The invention relates to a method for transferring a flow between a first access point of a first access network, or current network, to an IP core network to which a terminal is connected, and a second access point of a second access network, or visited network, to the core network. The flow with an F_ID identifier is established between the terminal and a party. The terminal has as many identifiers as access interfaces to access networks of different given technologies. The method is implemented by a pair of entities including a transfer decision entity (HOD*) and a first execution entity (HOE*). The first execution entity (HOE*) converts a transfer execution order from the decision entity into execution messages while taking into account a hierarchy of execution entities of the current network, that comprises at least one other execution entity (HOE). Once a transfer decision is made for a given pair of flow and terminal identifiers, the decision entity (HOD*) sends an execution order (HO_Decision) to the first execution entity (HOE*). The first execution entity (HOE*) selects a mobility protocol from mobility protocols supported by the execution entities of the hierarchy associated with the current network, selects in the hierarchy at least one execution entity (HOE) responsible for the execution of the mobility protocol, and sends respective execution messages to the selected execution entities (HOE).

摘要： The present invention relates to method for storing and transmitting sparse matrices in compact way. When storing and manipulating sparse matrices on a device, it is beneficial and often necessary to use specialized algorithms and data structures that take advantage of the sparse structure of the matrix. The trade-off is that accessing the individual elements becomes more complex and additional structures are needed to be able to recover the original matrix unambiguously.
The method according to an embodiment of the invention consists in storing indexes enabling to determine the position in the matrix of non-null elements in an ordered way so as to limit the amount of information to be encoded and thus reduce the amount of data to be transmitted. The encoded information are enough for enabling the reconstruction of the matrix on a receiver.

摘要： The present invention generally relates to an apparatus and a method for obtaining a registration error map representing a level of fuzziness of an image. Many methods are known which allow determining the position of a camera with respect to an object, based on the knowledge of a 3D model of the object and the intrinsic parameters of the camera. However, regardless of the visual servoing technique used, there is no control in the image space and the object may get out of the camera field of view during servoing. It is proposed to obtain a registration error map relating to an image of the object of interest generated by computing an intersection of a re-focusing surface obtained from a 3D model of said object of interest and a focal stack based on acquired four-dimensional light-field data relating to said object of interest.

摘要： The present invention relates to the transmission of sets of data and metadata and more particularly to the transmission of light-field contents. Light-field data take up large amounts of storage space which makes storage cumbersome and processing less efficient. In addition light-field acquisition devices are extremely heterogeneous and each camera has its own proprietary file format. Since acquired light-field data from different cameras have a diversity of formats a complex processing is induced on the receiver side. To this end, it is proposed a method for encoding a signal representative of a light-field content in which the parameters representing the rays of light sensed by the different pixels of the sensor are mapped on the sensor. A second set of encoded parameters are used to reconstruct the light-field content from the parameters representing the rays of light sensed by the different pixels of the sensor.
