    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cheese food product produced through the step for cutting a sheet-like cheese, and containing pulverized food to have favorable flavor and texture of the pulverized food; and to provide a method for producing the cheese food product by which the cheese food product can be produced while preventing the sheet-like cheese from defective cutting.SOLUTION: The method for producing cheese food product containing pulverized food includes: (1) the step for preparing a fluid mixture containing molten cheese and the pulverized food; (2) the step for forming a sheet-like cheese by drawing out the fluid mixture in the form of thin layer while cooling the mixture; and (3) the step for cutting the sheet-like cheese, wherein granules each having a mesh opening value (mm) of not less than 4 account for 0 mass%, granules each having a mesh opening value (mm) of not less than 1.4 and less than 4 account for not less than 50 mass%, and granules each having a mesh opening value (mm) of less than 1.4 account for not more than 50 mass% in all the granules forming the pulverized food.
