    • An automatic stopper apparatus includes a control box buried in an inner side of a door, an opening sensor arranged in a predetermined portion of the door, a drive box buried in the inner side of the door and a stopper having a body having a split central portion and opposing first and second ends. The control box has a battery unit and a circuit board therein, and the battery unit includes a plurality of batteries arranged therein. The opening sensor is electrically connected to the circuit board, and the drive box is electrically connected with the circuit board of the control board, and driven by a motor which performs forward/backward rotation. A driven medium is connected to the drive medium, an elastic spring is arranged inside the body, and a door fixing member is arranged at the second end of the body.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine-compartment hood stay apparatus for a construction machine, improved both to enable an engine hood to hold its safe, open state and to facilitate its closing operation. SOLUTION: This apparatus includes: a rod guider with a slider of a stay rod, disposed slidably along a guide rail; a support rod guider having a support rail adjacent to a rearward latching section of the guide rail and disposed above the guide rail such that one side of a peripheral edge of the stay rod is inserted into the support rail when the hood is opened; and a locking stopper which comprises an operation lever having a yoke to be coupled with a handle portion and with one side of a pulling member and having the handle portion rotatably fixed on top of the hood, a pulling arm on the other side of the pulling member, and a locking arm pivoting as being adjacent to the support rail, and selectively opens and closes the support by a locking force generated by the operation leveler rail when the locking arm pivots.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stopper structure of a tilt cabin increased in safety by preventing the tilt cabin from being lowered during the operation in a work vehicle on which the tilt cabin is mounted. SOLUTION: This stopper structure 1 of the tilt cabin is formed in the work vehicle 31 having the cabin 33 tiltably supported on a vehicle body. The stopper structure comprises a rod 10 having one end fitted to the cabin 33 and a casing 2 having one end fitted to the vehicle body 31. The casing 2 has a guide groove 5 into which a stopper pin 11 fixed to the rod 10 is slidably fitted. The guide groove 5 has an upper locking part 7 on the upper side of the vehicle body 31 relative to the center of gravity of the cabin 33 and a lower locking part 6 on the lower side. The stopper structure further comprises a biasing spring 18 for biasing the rod 10 toward the locking parts 6, 7 and a release lever 15 for unfixing of the rod 10 to the locking parts 6, 7 by pressing the rod 10 to the opposite side of the biasing spring 18.
