A first apparatus displays an address of the first apparatus and a position of a data element desired to be transferred by generating a vision code to be encoded. A second apparatus to enforce an image capturing capability decides the address of the first apparatus and the position of the data element by capturing the vision code and by decoding it. When it is decoded, the second apparatus starts the short range communication link between the first apparatus and the second apparatus automatically and the data element is transferred from the first apparatus to the second apparatus.
