    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a friction plate for a wet type multiple disc clutch, having small dragging torque during idling and being preventive of biting at the initial stage of engaging the clutch.
      SOLUTION: To a core plate 41 of the friction plate 40, segment pieces 42 of a friction material having first oil grooves 51 opened to the inner diameter side and second oil grooves 61 opened to the outer diameter side are adhered in spaced relation. Recessed portions 71 are provided in mutually opposed side faces 44 of the segment pieces 42. The recessed portions are each formed in a circular shape, as shown in the figure, but in an adequate shape to a friction area, friction property or a supply oil amount. The oil grooves are formed gradually wider as tending from ends 52, 62 to opening portions. Besides, the ends can be located beyond a central portion of the friction material in the radial direction, thus producing further high effects.

    • 본발명은자동차및 철도차량, 산업기계등에널리사용되는브레이크디스크와그 제작방법에관한것으로, 더욱상세하게는제동장치의작동시에브레이크디스크에발생되는열이외부로신속히방출되도록하여, 상기브레이크디스크(brake disc)의온도가급격하게상승하는현상을방지하고, 또한대량생산뿐만아니라소량다품종생산에적합하며경제적으로제작될수 있도록단순한구조를가지고, 경량화가가능한일체형또는분리형브레이크디스크와그 제작방법에관한것이다. 이를위하여본 발명은체결부(20)와상·하판(22, 23)을포함하여구성되는브레이크디스크(10)에있어서, 상기상·하판사이의공간에서등간격또는일정비율로평행배치되어공기의유동을위해형성되는다수의리브(30)는, 수직중심선(90a)에평행되게형성되는수직리브(30a)와; 상기수직리브(30a)의외측경계에형성되는수직경계리브(30b), 또는수직경계리브(30b) 및경사경계리브(30c)와; 상기상·하판사이의공간에서등간격또는일정비율로평행배치되어공기의유동을위해형성되는다수의리브(30)는, 수직중심선(90a)에평행되게형성되는수직리브(30a)와; 상기수직리브(30a)의외측경계에형성되는수직경계리브(30b); 상기경계리브(30b, 30c)의외측에수평으로수평리브(30d, 30e); 를포함하는슬래브(Slab)를주조, 압출또는카본-카본, 카본-세라믹복합소재고온성형방법으로형성하는제1단계(S100); 상기형성된슬래브로부터브레이크디스크의체결부내측원주면(92a), 디스크외측원주면(93)을컷아웃(Cut out) 가공하는제2단계(S200); 상기브레이크디스크리브의위치에맞게가공기계에배치하고, 체결부내측원주면(92a), 디스크내·외측원주면(92, 93)과전체외관의형상을정밀가공하는제3단계(S300); 통기공(40), 관통공(41) 또는통기슬롯(42)을가공형성하고, 브레이크디스크의웨이트밸런스(Weight balance)를확인및 교정하고, 표면에일련식별표식을하는제4단계(S400); 및내·외측표면은부식방지를위한표면처리공정을적용하는제5단계(S500);를포함하여이루어진것을특징으로하는브레이크디스크의제작방법(The manufacturing methods) 및그 제작장치(The manufacturing device)로구성된다.
