摘要： An engine controlling apparatus includes a setting unit (2) for setting a demand torque to an engine mounted on a vehicle, a detection unit (22 to 25) for detecting a fluctuation of an external load, and a correction unit (28 to 32) for correcting the demand torque. The engine controlling apparatus further includes a target torque calculation unit (3) for calculating a target torque for the engine based on the demand torque corrected by the correction unit (28 to 32), a control unit (4h) for control an amount of air to be introduced into the engine so that an output torque of the engine may come close to the target torque, and an ignition timing detection unit (4a) for detecting an ignition timing of the engine. The correction unit (28 to 32) adds a torque increment for coping with a fluctuation of the external load to the demand torque to determine an increment correction demand torque and increases or decreases the increment correction demand torque in response to a displacement amount of the ignition timing from a predetermined reference value.

SOLUTION: In a method and an apparatus for reducing the NOx emission in the internal combustion engine, EGR MBT timing or knock limited timing is given to an engine by using the closed loop type control of exhaust gas recirculation, thus yielding the minimum NOx emission, with maximum fuel economy benefits associated with exhaust gas recirculation. When exhaust gas recirculation rate is not knock limited, the engine sets the exhaust gas recirculation rate to optimal rate, where the engine runs at the exhaust gas recirculation minimum best time for best torque spark timing limit. When the exhaust gas recirculation rate is knock limited, the engine sets the exhaust gas recirculation rate to a knock limited rate, where the engine runs at a retarded MBT spark timing limit. 摘要： To simply prevent an internal combustion engine including PFI and DI injectors from generating of knocking phenomenon, the internal combustion engine includes an engine control unit (ECU) for setting a ratio of fuel injection quantity of both the injectors (Step S2). The ECU includes a memory storing four sheets of ignition timing maps, with reference to which the maximum torque generation timing and knocking limit torque generation timing, at the direct injection injector (100%) and port fuel injection injector (100%), are calculated (Step S3). The ECU further operates to calculate a correction amount from correction amount map (Step S4). The ECU calculates first interpolation value of the maximum torque generation timing at the above 100% operation time of both the injectors and second interpolation value of the knocking limit torque generation timing at the above 100% operation time of both the injectors, and a value in which the correction amount is added to either one of the above first and second interpolation value on a delay angle side is calculated as ignition timing (Step S5).

摘要： The invention relates to a method for adjusting adaptive programme maps of an adaptive knock control in an internal combustion engine and to a method for adjusting the knock control. According to said methods, the adaptive programme map (20) is determined by at least one operating parameter (22, 24), whereby the adaptive programme map (20) for each operating parameter range (26) is composed of a precontrol part (bi), which characterizes the environmental conditions, and a remaining part (ai), which results from the knock control. The value of the adaptive programme map for each operating parameter range is determined from the sum of the precontrol part (bi) that corresponds to the respective operating parameter range and the remaining part (ai) that corresponds to the respective operating parameter range. The adaptive programme map is adjusted first by identifying whether a change in the environmental conditions has occurred and subsequently by determining a new precontrol part, in accordance with the changed environmental conditions for each operating parameter range, if the environmental conditions have changed. If the environmental conditions have not changed, the precontrol part for each operating parameter range is held constant.
