Furthermore, a method of screening for potential therapeutic compounds that inhibit the integrin-binding or integrin-interacting activities of recombinant collagen-like proteins.

    • The present invention relates to solar lighting device, in particular, an illuminating solar display panel comprising display of a transparent illustration on the solar panel. The present invention has dual functional abilities of collecting solar power as a power supply unit and present illuminating illustration as a display unit, whereby an illustration is cutout from the dark coloured material layers of the power supply panel creating a transparent illustration; thereby, light can enter from behind the panel and create an illuminating effect to the illustration. Instead of two separate components, compromise of solar panel(s) and illuminating display unit, the current invention combines two separate units into one independent power efficient illuminating solar display apparatus.

    • A backlight module (30) includes a light guide plate and a light source (210). The light guide plate includes a light incident surface, and a light diffusion cavity (308) disposed corresponding to the light incident surface. The light source is disposed adjacent to the light incident surface. One of surfaces (309) of the light guide plate defining the light diffusion cavity includes a plurality of prism structures, the surface being the one nearest to the light incident surface. Most of the light from the light source can be diffused uniformly by the prism structures before entering an efficient display area of the light guide plate. This reduces or eliminates what would otherwise be one or more dark areas in the light guide plate, and results in the uniform emitting of light from the light guide plate.

    • A method of fabricating an anti-fuse module and dual damascene interconnect structure comprises the following steps. A semiconductor structure having at least two exposed metal lines covered by a first dielectric layer is provided. A first metal line is within an anti-fuse area and a second metal line is within an interconnect area. A first metal via is formed within the first dielectric layer within the anti-fuse area with the first metal via contacting the first metal line. A SiN layer is deposited over the first dielectric layer and the first metal via. The SiN layer is patterned to form at least two openings. A first opening exposes the first metal via, and a second opening exposes a portion of the first dielectric layer above the second metal line. A fusing element layer is deposited and patterned over the patterned SiN layered structure to form a fusing element over the first metal via. Simultaneously, an anti-fuse metal line is formed over the fusing element to form an anti-fuse module within the anti-fuse area, and a dual damascene interconnect is formed over, and contacting with, the second metal line and within the interconnect area.
