摘要： An ultra-flat non-consumable electrode welding torch which allows performing a welding operation through a narrow gap between adjacent piping such as welding piping of a boiler panel, to be mounted on a compact automatic welding head, and a welding head provided with such a welding torch are to be provided. As a gas supply mechanism that supplies a shield gas to a welding section formed at the tip of the non-consumable electrode through inside of the torch body for the non-consumable electrode welding, a gas supply path is provided for supplying the shield gas from an outer gas space in a double ring shaped gas space provided around a non-consumable electrode and divided by a partition wall, to an inner gas space through a plurality of orifices provided at regular intervals in the partition wall, and the gas is blown from the inner gas space to the region around the non-consumable electrode through a metal mesh plate. A gas outlet opening provided in the inner gas space is oriented in a different direction from the gas blowing direction through the orifice.

摘要： The present invention provides a magnetic core whose outer surface has been coated without handling brittle ribbon to thereby impart insulating properties and shape retention properties to the magnetic core after annealing heat treatment, and further provides an adhesive resin composition for a magnetic core, which is useful for efficiently producing the above-mentioned magnetic core without using any organic solvent and which per se is stable to heat and elapse of time. By forming a coating film having a certain thickness or more on an outer surface using a composition containing a resin of specific properties, there can be obtained a magnetic core whose outer surface has been coated without handling brittle ribbon to thereby impart insulating properties and shape retention properties to the magnetic core after annealing heat treatment. The adhesive resin composition containing particles of a resin having specific properties is useful for efficiently producing the above-mentioned excellent magnetic core without using any organic solvent, and this composition is stable to heat and elapse of time.

摘要： A method and system for managing a construction machine whereby working time for each of different parts of a hydraulic excavator is measured. Measured data is stored in a memory of a controller and then transferred to a base station computer via satellite communication to be stored in a database. At each repair/replacement of a part in each hydraulic excavator, the base station computer calculates, based on the operation data, a replacement time interval of the part on the basis of the working time per section to which the part belongs, and then stores and accumulates it. The base station computer also reads the stored data for each hydraulic excavator, determines, for each part, a replacement rate of the part having a substantially equal replacement time interval, and calculates a target replacement time interval of the part in accordance with the replacement time interval corresponding to a maximum replacement rate.

When changing or switching an attachment of the hydraulic excavator, information is transferred with the center server of the base station and the control programs or data stored in the storage unit are rewritten to enable work suited to the changed part.
