    • PURPOSE:To improve measuring accuracy of a fuel amount, by compartibly displaying both a finely adjusting function and a high speed relief function through electric and hydraulic opening and closing valves further utilizing inertia of the hydraulic opening and closing valve at high speed relief time. CONSTITUTION:If a plunger 11 is moved rightward, supply of fuel is started to a high pressure line 18, and this fuel is relieved to a drain line 71 by a flow controller 8. Then an electric opening and closing valve 81 is closed, and oil pressure in the line 18 is rapidly increased and utilized for a servo piston device 4, then fuel is injected from an injection nozzle 2. And then if the valve 81 is opened, a spool 822 of a hydraulic opening and closing valve 82 is lifted, at a stroke, and the oil pressure in the line 18 is relieved, then a servo piston 41 and a plunger piston 42 are stopped lowering while started lifting, consequently the nozzle 2 stops fuel injection.
