    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the cooking time of a heating cooker by increasing the effect of radiant heat by controlling the temperature in a heating chamber by means of a blower by maintaining a heater in a turned-on state by discharging the overheated air in a heating chamber to the outside by means of the blower and controlling the discharge of the overheated air by means of a temperature regulator. SOLUTION: Air vent holes 7 are made through one side wall of a heating chamber 1 and the air in the chamber 1 is discharged to the outside of a heating cooking chamber through air vent holes 10 made through an outer plate 9. Therefore, the temperature in the heating chamber 1 can be controlled by controlling a blow 8 by means of a temperature regulator 6 during heating cooking, because the temperature in the chamber 1 drops even when an upper heater 2 and a lower heater 3 are continuously energized. Consequently, when the hot air in the cooking chamber is not discharged to the outside by means of the blower 8, the energizing rates of the heaters 2 and 3 become 100% and a high radiant heat state can be maintained. Therefore, the cooking time of a heating cooker can be shortened.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate limits in a cooking range and a menu due to adherence of dirt or stuck by heat by constituting to sense temperature of a heat resisting glass surface by a temperature sensor contained in a cooking appliance, and to control it at available temperature of a coating layer. SOLUTION: When a halogen lamp 10 of the halogen cooking appliance is energized, heat of high temperature is generated via a quartz tube. Thus, temperature of heat resisting glass is gradually raised, and hence temperature of fluorine coating layer 16 on a surface of the glass is raised as well. A temperature sensor 14 senses temperature of a heating zone part of the glass and controls so as not to become predetermined temperature or higher. Thus, there is no fear of deteriorating a fluorine film by the heat, and adherence of dirt or stuck to the glass surface is stably prevented. Hence, long clean heating surface can be ensured. As a result, a problem due to the dirt of the glass does not occur. A cooking range and a menu of the halogen cooking appliance can be enlarged to a great extent.
