    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain ferritic oxide composite powder improving an initial magnetic permeability ratio and loss and having a high saturated magnetic flux density by heating, regulating pH and blowing the gas containing oxygen into to form a ferritic oxide film on the surface of magnetic powder after adding the aqueous solution containing an iron metallic salt and a bivalent metallic salt other than iron into the alkaline aqueous solution containing ferrous metal magnetic powder. SOLUTION: This ferritic oxide composite powder is manufactures as follows. The aqueous solution of Fe of the compounding ration required for forming the desired ferritic composition and the bivalent metallic salt of one kind or more of kinds of Mn, Zn or the like other than Fe is added into the alkaline aqueous solution of ferrous metal magnetic powder of permalloy or the like under the non-oxidizing atmosphere of nitrogen or the like. This mixed solution is heated in the range of 60-90 deg.C and the alkaline aqueous solution is added to make pH of the solution seven or more. And the oxygen containing gas of e.g. air or the like is blown into form the bottom part of a reaction bath while agitating the solution, whereby the ferritic oxide film is formed onto magnetic powder.
