摘要： Headgear apparatus allows a viewer to see objects in a periscopic direction and a normal direction simultaneously. A periscope is mounted to a headpiece that is easily supported by the viewers head. The periscope has movable mirrors and an extending periscope section to allow the viewer to change the angle of the periscopic view relative to a plane containing a normal line of sight and the peripheral distance of the periscopic view, respectively. The apparatus further has a sectional periscope, whereby sections containing the reflective elements of the periscope can be rotated relative to each other and change the periscopic view in the plane of the forward line of sight. The head gear apparatus is adapted to a mask or an underwater mask that allows a viewer to see objects in a periscopic direction and a forward direction in diverse environments such as under water.

摘要： A novel dielectric composition is provided that is useful in the manufacture of electronic devices such as integrated circuit devices and integrated circuit packaging devices. The dielectric composition is prepared by crosslinking a thermally decomposable porogen to a host polymer via a coupling agent, followed by heating to a temperature suitable to decompose the porogen. The porous materials that result have dielectric constants less than about 3.0, with some materials having dielectric constants less than about 2.5. Integrated circuit devices, integrated circuit packaging devices, and methods of manufacture are provided as well.

摘要： Connected to the contestant game pieces of a J-shaped racecourse game are pull cords guided at a semi-circular turn by laterally-spaced guide members and at the finish line by laterally-spaced upper guide holes in the top wall, whence the pull cords pass through radially-spaced intermediate cord guide holes on a pivoted lane-length-compensating sector gear, and finally through lower cord guide holes in a fixed guide bar to connections on the winding hubs of multiple geared spools loosely and rotatably mounted upon a stationary cross shaft. The geared spools mesh with an elongated half gear on a drive shaft rotated by an external hand crank and carrying a sector gear drive gear meshing with the sector gear teeth. The teeth terminate in a lock notch engageable by a lock pin normally slidable along the top face of the sector gear until it reaches its foremost position, whereupon the lock pin drops into the lock nut to lock the sector gear until the end of the race. The pull cords wind differently at random along the hubs of their respective geared spools, thereby causing chance to determine the winner. Disengaging the half gear from the gear spools enables the contestant pieces to be pulled along their respective lanes back to the starting gate for the next race.
