摘要： PURPOSE: To aim at the promotion of efficiency in control by installing a control unit, performing both locking and unlocking operations by means of an integrat ed circuit card inclusive of cash information or the like, in a system which collects a charge in locking a coin locker or the like, and subtracting the charge from the IC card. CONSTITUTION: An IC card reading part 5, a time conuter 11, a charge calculating part 12, an accounting part 13 or the like are installed in a control unit opening or closing a lock 2 of a locker storage part 1. In addition, cash information or the like, besides an identification number, are prestored. When matter is put in a locker 1 and the lock 2 is locked, the time counter 11 operates, ticking away the time, and when IC card is inserted into the reading part 5 and unlocking the lock 2, the charge in the meantime is calculated, subtracting it from the IC card, and the amount of money is transmitted to a control center or the like from the accounting part 13 and processed. In this connection, in the case where this device is applied to a parking meter of a department store or the like and the parking charge is discounted according to an amount of money for shopping, the amount of money is written in the IC card. With this constitution, control is efficiently performable.

Thereby, a two-language sound and a superimposed language can be recorded. Since the superimposed language is recorded in a region which is separate from that for the video signals, it is possible to control a superimposed output.
