摘要： The present invention provides a semiconductor device having dual silicon nitride liners and a reformed silicide layer and related methods for the manufacture of such a device. The reformed silicide layer has a thickness and resistance substantially similar to a silicide layer not exposed to the formation of the dual silicon nitride liners. A first aspect of the invention provides a method for use in the manufacture of a semiconductor device comprising the steps of applying a first silicon nitride liner to a silicide layer, removing a portion of the first silicon nitride liner, reforming a portion of the silicide layer removed during the removal step, and applying a second silicon nitride liner to the silicide layer.

摘要： The present invention relates to compositions and methods for enhancing the oncolytic activity of replication-competent, target cell-specific adenovirus vectors by modification of the E1A gene product. The target cell-specific replication-competent adenovirus vectors comprise a chimera of an adenovirus gene essential for replication, preferably an early gene, and the Androgen receptor (or a portion thereof) under the transcriptional control of a cell type-specific transcriptional regulatory element (TRE). By providing for cell type-specific transcription through the use of one or more cell type-specific TREs, the adenovirus vectors effect prostate-specific cytotoxicity due to selective replication.

The search service may then access a content database to identify ads or other media or content which match or correspond to the detected locality or region, such as ads for local restaurants, car dealerships, physicians or other services or products, and which correspond in location, working radius and degree of localness to the user's query. Because the delivery of localized search results according to the invention is specifically filtered for user-driven local intent, advertisements and other media or content may be delivered which better match the user's search objectives.
