    • There is provided a keypad assembly operating a dome switch of a mobile phone. The keypad assembly includes a keypad disposed on the dome switch and having a plurality of bosses protruded from a position corresponding to the movable contacts, and a plurality of metal keys each disposed on the keypad at a position corresponding to each boss and protruding from a surface of the housing at a desired height, each of the metal keys formed with a numeral and/or character display penetrating through an upper surface thereof. Since the metal key is made of metal, it represents a metal feeling, in addition to various colors. Also, since the metal key is slimmed, it minimizes a thickness of the mobile phone. In addition, a process for forming the keypad is minimized thereby to reduce additional cost.

The apparatus includes: a space database storing space information; a database storing standard specifications of sensors or sensor nodes; and a modeling unit extracting information on a 3-dimensional (3D) virtual space in which a sensor or sensor node is positioned, from the space database, obtaining the characteristic of the sensor or the sensor node from the standard specification based on the extracted space information and the standard specification of the sensor or the sensor node, and modeling the sensor or the sensor node. According to the apparatus and method, a virtual wireless sensor network system identical to a real world environment can be established, and as a result, the performance of the system can be accurately measured and an optimized design of the system can be efficiently performed.

    • A display device and a method for driving the same are disclosed. The display device confirms whether display data applied to a display panel are uniformly maintained for a predetermined time. As a result of confirmation, if the display data are uniformly maintained for a predetermined time, pixels of the display panel are made for a predetermined block unit so that screen save modes are performed to sequentially apply screen save mode data to pixels of each block. The screen save modes are completed after there are sequentially performed for all blocks on the display panel. Thus, uniform luminance deviation can be obtained on the display panel of the display device and further picture quality of the display device can be improved.

    • An electro-luminescence display device for maximizing an area of a picture display part provided on a certain size of substrate is disclosed. In the electro-luminescence display device, an electro-luminescence display part has a plurality of pixels arranged for each area defined by intersections between gate lines and data lines provided on a substrate. A first gate driver is provided at the left side of the electro-luminescence display part to drive a portion of the gate lines. A second gate driver is provided at the right side of the electro-luminescence display part to drive the remaining gate lines other than said portion of the gate lines. A data driver is provided at any one of the upper and lower sides of the electro-luminescence display part to drive the data lines.
