    • PURPOSE: A crack detection-molding device of a separator for a fuel battery is provided to prevent faulty cracks of a separator according to abnormal molding conditions and to enhance the efficiency of manufacturing the separator by detecting cracks in a process molding the separator using a molding device on a real time basis. CONSTITUTION: A crack detection-molding device of a separator(1) for a fuel battery comprises an upper die(11) and lower die(21). Gaskets of the upper and lower dies are formed in an edge portion of a processing unit(31) corresponding to a shape of the separator. Crack detecting gas is inserted into the processing unit while molding the separator by uniting the upper and lower dies. Cracks of the separate are detected by measuring a flow rate of the crack detecting gas which are leaked while passing through a cracked portion of the separator.

    • PURPOSE: An integral distribution block and fuel cell stack is provided to be easily maintained, to reduce processing time, to remove end plates of a stack materially, and to improve airtightness stability. CONSTITUTION: An integral distribution block and fuel cell stack(130) comprises a distributor body in which a flow channel is formed in order for fluid to flow; a current collector for current collecting electric energy generated from a fuel cell unit module(110) in which many unit cells are stacked, and an insulating plate providing electrical insulative properties between the distributor body and the current collector. The integer distribution block is connected to the unit module in order to directly support the unit module. The distributor body is manufactured by aluminum casting method. The fluid is one or more selected from hydrogen, air, and coolant.
