    • PURPOSE: A recombinant antigen protein for preventing canine leptospirosis is provided to use as an antigen for sub unit vaccine and massively produce OmpL1 and LipL41 protein. CONSTITUTION: A recombinant antigen protein contains outer membrane protein of leptospira and MBP(Maltose-binding Protein). The outer membrane protein is OmpL1 or LipL41. The recombinant expression vector contains outer membrane-coding sequence and MBP(maltose-binding protein) of leptospira. A host cells which are transformed with the recombinant expression vector is E.coli deposited in a deposit number KCTC 11363BP or KCTC 11019BP. A kit for diagnosing canine leptospira contains a recombinant antigen of leptospira. A vaccine composition for preventing canine leptospirasis contains the recombinant antigen protein as an active ingredient.

    • PURPOSE: A method and purifying human interleukin-6 which is active in E.coli is provided to overexpress human interleukin-6 fusion protein in a soluble form. CONSTITUTION: A human interleukin-6 fusion protein contains a human interleukin-6; a fusion partner comprising maltose binding protein, disulfide binding A protein and disulfide binding C protein; and a peptide linker. The fusion partner and peptide linker are connected to N-terminal of human interleukin-6. A method for preparing the human interleukin-6 in E.coli comprises: a step of preparing a recombinant vector comprising the human interleukin-6 coding sequence, fusion partner connected to N-terminal and coding sequence of peptide linker; a step of introducing the recombinant vector to E.coli to express human interleukin-6 fusion protein; a step of isolating fusion protein and removing fusion partner using protease; and a step of performing reversed-phase chromatography to purify the human interleukin-6 recombinant protein.
