    • A flexible hose is provided to reduce the repair cost of pipe facilities, and to improve transporting ability of the pipe facilities by mounting a vibrator at a bent part of the hose. A flexible hose(100) includes an interlock tube(13), a bellows(12), and a vibrator(50). The interlock tube forms a pipe line(15) for flowing raw material particles with a fluid. The bellows is arranged by being separated from an outer circumference of the interlock tube by a predetermined distance. The vibrator is installed at a bent part of the hose, and converts electric energy to supersonic energy to provide the supersonic energy to the bellows. The vibrator is installed at a start point of the bent part. The flexible hose has a shape of "S", and has pipes(11) connected to both ends.

    • PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a hot rolled wire rod by using laying head is provided to prevent a scratch defect of the surface of a wire rod by forming lubricant composite material on the sharp bending part of a spiral laying head through which the wire rod passes in high speed. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a hot rolled wire rod by using laying head includes the step of forming a solid type lubricant and lubricant composite material consisting of metallic matrix(10) fixing the lubricant in the inside of a spiral laying head at a portion where friction is generated intensively due to the surface contact when a wire rod passes the spiral laying head. The lubricant is made of at least one of metallic oxide powder, graphite powder and MoS2 powder. The metallic matrix is metallic powder made of Ni, Fe or Co, or an alloy of Ni, Fe and Co in which alloy elements are added.
