    • A method for recognizing an RFID tag with recognition history is provided to minimize collision among the RFID tags and reduce RFID tag recognition time by using a history-based operation mode utilizing the recognition history and a random access operation mode in an RFID environment not quickly changing a tag set. An RFID reader calls the RFID tag through the history-based operation mode by using the recognition history(S310). The RFID reader compares a response rate of the called RFID tag with a predetermined setting value(S320). If the response rate is lower than the setting value, the RFID reader completely recognizes all RFID tags through the random access operation mode(S330). If the response rate is higher than the setting value, previous steps are repeated until RFID tags included in the recognition history are not recognized(S340). If all RFID tags included in the recognition history are recognized, the RFID reader completely recognizes the unresponsive RFID tags through the random access operation mode(S350).

    • PURPOSE: A composition for treating or preventing colitis including the saponin is provided to control IL-1 beta, IL-6, and expression of tumor necrosis factor alpha, thereby effective for colitis treatment. CONSTITUTION: A composition for treating or preventing colitis comprises lancemacide X, echinocystic acid 3-O-β-Dglucuronopyranoside: EAG, or saponin of echinocystic acid as an active ingredient. The saponin is isolated from Condonopsis lanceolata Trautv fermentation product. The colitis is either ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease. The pharmaceutical composition for colitis treatment or prevention comprises codonopsis lanceolata which includes Condonopsis lancemacide X, echinocystic acid 3-O-β-Dglucuronopyranoside: EAG, or saponin of echinocystic acid as the active ingredient. The fermentation product is obtained by extracting of codonopsis lanceolata after fermentating or fermentating codonopsis lanceolata extracts. The fermentation is lactobacillus fermentation. A food composition for colitis improvement or prevention comprises Condonopsis lancemacide X, echinocystic acid 3-O-β-Dglucuronopyranoside: EAG, or saponin of echinocystic acid as the active ingredient.
