摘要： Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Flüssigkristallverbindung mit einer in Formel I gezeigten Struktur, wobei R aus H und Alkyl oder Alkoxy mit 1-12 Kohlenstoffatomen ausgewählt ist, wobei ein oder mehrere H unsubstituiert oder durch Halogene substituiert sind; A1, A2 und A3 jeweils unabhängig ausgewählt sind aus: einer Einfachbindung, 1,4-Cyclohexylen und 1,4-Phenylen, wobei Wasserstoff im 1,4-Phenylen jeweils unabhängig durch ein oder mehrere Halogene substituiert sein kann; und Z1 und Z2 jeweils unabhängig voneinander aus einer Einfachbindung und -(CH2)2- ausgewählt sind. Die erfindungsgemäße Verbindung ist durch eine geringe Drehviskosität, eine hohe dielektrische Anisotropie, eine gute gegenseitige Löslichkeit und Stabilität gekennzeichnet. Die Betriebsspannung eines Geräts lässt sich nach der Zugabe der Verbindung zu einer Zusammensetzung in bemerkenswerter Weise reduzieren. Die erfindungsgemäße Verbindung lässt sich somit erfolgreich in der LCD-Industrie anwenden.
