    • PURPOSE:To improve charging efficiency by providing an intake passage of an engine having two intake valves independently and providing a compression wave generating device of intake by a vibrator in an intake passage whichever valve closing timing of intake valves is later. CONSTITUTION:Two intake valves 15P, 15S are provided in an engine 1, and independent intake pipes 10P, 10S are connected to respective valves, and a fuel injection valve 19 is provided on the intake pipe side 10P and a surge tank 16 is provided on the intake pipe side 10S, and a vibrator 20 made of diaphragm 24 and a solenoid is provided in the tank. In a control device, the injection valve 19 is actuated by output of a crack angle 31, intake amount 13, intake temperature and opening 29 of a throttle valve, and the vibrator 20 is actuated to generate compression wave in intake air. As the compression wave is entered from the intake valve of late valve closing timing into a cylin der, sufficient charging can be made.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain optimum charging ratio by providing a vibrator generating compression wave in intake air in an intake pipe and actuating the vibrator at the time of high load and changing the vibrating force according to the operating condition of an engine. CONSTITUTION:A surge tank 18 is provided in an intake pipe 11 of an engine 1 and a vibrator 19 made of a solenoid 21 driving a diaphragm 23 is disposed in the tank. In a control device 24, a fuel injection valve is driven by input of a crank angle 31, intake amount 15, opening 16 of a throttle valve, intake temperature 26, and the solenoid 21 of the vibrator 19 is actuated at the time of high load of the engine. The actuating force raises vibrating force at the time of high rotation of the engine to generate high compression wave and make the wave oppose to inverse flow pressure of intake air, and at the time of low rotation of the engine, optimum intake pressure can be generated by weak vibrating force.
