摘要： There are disclosed various embodiments of a composite web of pressure sensitive labels, an apparatus for printing and applying pressure sensitive labels carried on a web of supporting material. The apparatus includes a housing having a handle, the housing supports a platen and a print head which preferably moves linearly into and out of printing cooperation with the labels. The print head has a pair of spaced apart racks which cooperate with respective gear sections of spaced apart gears. An actuator preferably in the form of a lever carries spaced apart gear sections in mesh with gear sections of the gears. One of the gears drives a pawl and ratchet mechanism which in turn drives a toothed feed wheel. Means are provided to vary the positional relationship of ratchet teeth of the pawl and ratchet mechanism with respect to the feed wheel so that labels can be brought into precise registry with the platen and a delaminator.

The sticker machine includes a turning peeling portion, configured to cause the sticker to be peeled from the liner paper by conveying the liner paper in a direction different from a travel direction of the sticker; and a sticker guiding portion, configured to guide the sticker to be conveyed in a prescribed direction to the turning peeling portion, for causing the sticker after being peeled to enter an output port. In a conveying direction of the sticker, the sticker guiding portion is disposed at a position further upstream than the turning peeling portion.

摘要： A printer includes a body including a label sheet storage location and a cover rotatably attached to the body and covering the storage location when closed. The cover includes a roller having a shaft that is used for conveying the label sheet when the cover is closed and a peeling bar extending above the roller. The body includes a pressing member extending along the direction and pressing the sheet against the bar for peeling a label from the label sheet and a release lever arranged at an end of the pressing member. The release lever has a recess and rotates between a first position at which the shaft fits into the recess and a second position at which the shaft is released. The release lever rotates from the first to second positions to open the cover when a release button is pressed.

摘要： There is disclosed a labeler having a frame and a subframe, with a print head movably mounted on the subframe for cooperation with a platen. A label hold-down member is disposed in overlying relation to the platen. The subframe carries a label roll composed of labels releasably secured by pressure sensitive adhesive to a web of supporting material, and the subframe defines a path for the web. The label roll is mounted on improved mounting structure. A manually operable actuator drives a gear which in turn effects movement of the print head. The gear carries a pivotal pawl which drives a ratchet wheel. The ratchet wheel and a toothed feed wheel mounted in the subframe are adjustable with respect to each other. A die roller cooperable with the toothed wheel is spring-urged against the toothed wheel. The frame includes a movable frame section mounted on a pivot to facilitate easy replacement of an ink roller. The pivot also mounts an applicator roll and a leaf spring of the inking mechanism. The frame section is releasably latched in place.
