摘要： In a method for generating a physical layer (PHY) data unit for transmission via a communication channel, a first preamble portion and a data portion of the data unit is generated. The first preamble portion includes one or more long training fields. The first preamble portion and the data portion are modulated using a plurality of orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) symbols. Symbol duration of each OFDM symbol is at least 8 μs. The data unit is generated to include the plurality of OFDM symbols.

摘要： A molded, leadless packaged semiconductor multichip module includes 100 has four mosfets 10, 12, 14, 16 for a full bridge circuit. The mosfets may include two N-channel and two P-channel devices or four mosfets of the same type, but four N-channel are preferred. In module 100 there are two leadframes 30, 40 for assembling the mosfets. In particular, the two N-channel and two P-channel devices are disposed between two leadframes and encapsulated in an electrically insulating molding compound 84. The resulting package has four upper heat sinks 44.1-44.4 that are exposed in the molding compound 84 for transferring heat from the mosfets to the ambient environment. No wire bonds are required. This can significantly reduce the on resistance, RDSON. The top or source-drain lead frame 30 may be soldered to the sources and gates of the bridge mosfets.

摘要： A new P2P streaming method and apparatus disseminates video chunks to all peers with the minimum (or at least reduced) delay. After obtaining a new video chunk, a peer keeps transmitting (uploading) that video chunk to other peers until all peers receive it. The approach quickly increases the aggregate bandwidth that can be utilized to transmit a video chunk. For example, the aggregate peer bandwidth used to transmit a video chunk can double every time slot. For a homogeneous P2P streaming system with N peers, a time slot is defined as a unit of the single chunk transmission delay between two peers. Using the P2P streaming method, a video chunk can be disseminated to all peers within 1+log2 N time slots.
