    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-source unit that suppresses unevenness of luminance on an emission surface while reducing a distance between a light-emitting part and the emission surface in a lens in which the emission surface has a diameter two times or more larger than that of the light-emitting part of a light-source part, and to provide a lighting device.
      SOLUTION: The light-source unit 1 is configured such that light from a light-emitting part 24 is made incident from an incident part 51 of a lens 5 to a light-incident part 54 of the lens 5. Then, a lot of light made incident to the light-incident part 54 is made incident obliquely to a boundary face 53 formed in an almost spindle shape in the light-incident part 54 as shown by arrows. Consequently, an angle of a light path in a light control part 55 is tilted further to the side of the light-emitting part 24 than that of a light path of the light before being made incident to the boundary face 53, so that the light path in the light control part is expanded outwardly. Accordingly, it is possible to suppress unevenness of luminance immediately above the light-emitting part 24 and at the periphery of the light-emitting part on the emission surface 56.
