SOLUTION: At least a surface material for a wall and a floor constituting the clean room, a filter medium for an air filter and a sealing material to seal the gap between the filter medium and a frame are formed with a material which does not release the phosphorus compound and the boron compound in the air. At least one of the filter medium for the air filter or the sealing material does not generate a gaseous organic material when used.

The velocity V1 at which the air is blown out from the non-glass-based air filters 21A is made greater than the velocity V2 at which the air is blown out from the glass- based air filters 21B.

摘要： PURPOSE:To show a quantity of abrasion not exceeding one tenth as compared with ordinary concrete not impregnated with resin, by a method wherein a concrete base is impregnated with a monomer into which a polymerization initiator is dissolved, then heated and the monomer is polymerized. CONSTITUTION:After concrete for which ceramic material is used as aggregate is hardened sufficiently, dried up to a dried condition by a fan drier and cooled down to a room temperature after that. Then the concrete base is put into a vacuum vessel and a gaseous component in the concrete base is deaerated. When the monomer in such a quantity that the whole of the concrete base in a vacuous state vessel can be immersed is cast into the vessel, the monomer is infiltrated away into a pore part of the concrete base up to the inside of the same. As for the infiltrated monomer, a radical is generated by a polymerization initiator through heating, polymerization is initiated by reacting on a double bond of the monomer and furthermore the polymerization is advanced by a chain reaction of the radical of the other monomer.

CONSTITUTION:In a shield excavation, a planar molding part made of natural fibers such as cotton or the like, synthetic fibers such as polypropyren, paper, cloth or the like, is used at a working face 10 of excavation. Further, high water absorbable polymeric materials such as oxidized starch, or synthetic polymer based water-soluble polymer materials such as acrylamide are used as the water absorbable polymeric materials. Further, the water absorbable polymeric materials having polymer which is partly cross-linked, are fed so as to previously graft into fibers in order to form integrated adhesive polymeric material graft fibers or the like which are then formed into an air-leakage preventing layer 11. Further, it is mingled into air so as to be fed under pressure to the working face 10, and is sprayed in an atomized condition as necessary. Accordingly, the air leakage preventing layer 11 is continuously formed making close-contact with the working face 10 while the ground is excavated.
