    • The present invention relates to a plasma display panel and method of manufacturing the same. In accordance with the present invention, in a process of forming a sealant on one of an upper substrate and a lower substrate from a first point to a second point, the sealant of the first point and the sealant of the second point are separated apart from each other, and the upper substrate and the lower substrate are then coalesced. Therefore, since an area where the sealants are overlapped with each other can be reduced, the sealants can be formed to have a uniform height. It is thus possible to completely seal the upper substrate and the lower substrate.

    • The plasma antenna is designed to allow connection between electric elements within the antenna to be varied without changing the construction of the antenna during a chemical vapor deposition process, thereby maximizing efficiency of a cleaning or deposition process. The plasma antenna comprises two or more coils to which RF power is supplied from an RF power source, respectively, and a switch connected to ends of the coils. The coils are constructed to have different impedances. The circuit construction of the plasma antenna can be changed on the basis of an inductive coupled plasma antenna so as to generate parallel connection type plasma, series connection type plasma, or capacitive coupled plasma according to the kind of process, such as cleaning or depositing, without changing the construction of the antenna, so that the process can be performed efficiently, thereby enhancing productivity through reduction in manufacturing costs attributed to the simple construction of the antenna.

    • An apparatus for amplifying the solar energy by recycling the greenhouse gas has developed to heat up the gas passing through the sealed container. The apparatus of amplifying the solar energy is comprising: a body made of metal with opened top forming a container; the upper and lower metal meshes disposed in the container with a vertical distance from the bottom for forming a space; a metal pipe formed a coiled shape to dispose between upper and lower metal meshes to contact with the upper and lower metal meshes and having one inlet and the other outlet for passing through the side wall of the container; and two transparent panels for transmitting the sun beams, which are disposed over the upper metal mesh to seal the container space inside of the body. Further, the body has a gas-charging valve disposed on a side wall to charge the sulfur hexafluoride SF6 to the sealed space.
