    • PURPOSE:To make the best use of a plant site and to prevent noise pollution by making a necessary container that is positioned to the underside of an underground truck yard a cylindrical structure, and by providing a silo section and a working section to the inside of the container. CONSTITUTION:A truck yard 4 communicating with the ground surface through an inclined passage 2 and a necessary container positioned under the yard are constructed under the ground to form a concrete underground structure 1. The container is constructed in a cylindrical structure 6 and its inside is divided with partition walls 7. A silo section 8 composed of silos 8a in necessary numbers and a working section 9 are provided in the container. A hopper 11 for supply of aggregates is installed on a floor board 4a of the truck yard 4 over the silo section 8, and a conveyer shaft 18 is provided perpendicularly in a part of the working section 9 and is connected to a batcher plant 21 installed above. An aggregate delivery device is provided between the conveyer shaft 18 and a delivery port 14 provided to the underside of the silo section 8, and a plant for separation of aggregates and waste water treatment and a cement silo 24 are installed in the working section 9.

    • PURPOSE:To enable spraying of quantities of material in a short time by a method wherein a dry mixing concrete material is conveyed at a high speed between upper and lower conveyor belts and projected, and mixture of water and an accelerator is injected to a position in the vicinity of the projection part to spray a wall with concrete. CONSTITUTION:A dry type mixer 31 to effect dry mixing of a concrete raw material and a quantitative feed device 32 are provided. Subsequently to the above, a conveyor belt 1 formed with a lower conveyor belt 11 rotated at a high speed and an upper conveyor belt 12 interlocked with the lower conveyor belt is mounted. An injection nozzle 2 through which mixture 6 of water and an accelerator is injected by means of compressed air 71 is provided. A dry mixing material 4 fed by a pretreating device 3 is conveyed at a high speed by means of a conveyor belt 1 to project it to a wall surface 8, the mixture 6 is injected through the nozzle 2 to mix them together, and in this way, concrete is sprayed on the wall surface 8. This constitution enables quantities of concrete to be sprayed in a desired direction in a short time with high precision.

    • PURPOSE: To control the temperature of ice to be made over a wide range while simplifying the system and reducing the facility cost by supplying liquefied gas to the inside and supplying liquid to the surface of an entirely cooled hollow rotator. CONSTITUTION: Liquefied gas 3 is supplied from a liquefied gas tank 10 into a drum 1 by turning the drum around the rotary axis thereof. The liquefied gas 3 cools the tank 1 entirely down to 0 deg.C or below from the inside and it is partially vaporized to produce low temperature gas. The gas is discharged through an exhaust pipe 30 into the water 5 in a water storage tank 20 and the water 5 is cooled preliminarily. Furthermore, the water 5 is ejected from the tank 20 through nozzles 23, 23,... toward the surface of a drum side plate 1a. Consequently, the water 5 is frozen while being atomized to produce ice of small grain size. The ice is then stripped from the surface of the side plate 1a by means of an edge 7 and stored in an ice storage box through a collector located below the edge 7.
