      SOLUTION: The coating film is a layered coating film at least having a substrate layers 20 and 21 formed on the surface of a material 10 to be coated, a base coating film layer 30 formed on the substrate layer, a luster material-containing coating film layer 70 formed on the surface of the base coating film layer and a colored coating film layer 40 formed on the surface of the luster material-containing coating film layer 70. The lightness of the base coating film layer 30 is higher than that of the colored coating film layer 40 and the colored coating film layer 40 contains an atomized coloring material having 30-300 nm average particle diameter.
