摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly and continuously reproduce AV data and to efficiently record it together with data other than the AV data by referring to sector information, searching for an area which is more than a prescribed size that insures continuous reproduction and does not span a zone boundary and sequentially writing a video object in a search continuous space area. SOLUTION: A picture recording edit reproduction controlling part 105 refers to a space bitmap and each allocation descriptor of a file management area, searches an idle area on an optical disk, inquires an AV file system 103 whether or not a zone boundary exists in the idle area, decides it according to a prescribed means and produces a free space list. The part 105 decides the minimum size of dummy continuous record according to formulas I and II, secures a space area that is larger than the minimum size as dummy continuous record and decides a record order. For instance, it decides that an idle area which is secured so as to reduce a seek operation is placed on an outer circumference side from an inter circumference side of the optical disk.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make possible to lower withstand voltage of a P-channel FET and the gate-source withstand voltage by subjecting a first output signal from a pulse processing circuit to level shift through a circuit comprising a diode and a capacitor and then employing thus level shifted signal as a gate signal of the P-channel FET. CONSTITUTION:An interval B prevails under steady state and when a first output pulse from a pulse processing circuit 9 goes 0(v), gate potential drops by VP1 to provide reverse bias and thereby the current flowing through a diode 11 is negligible. Consequently, a capacitor 10 is charged and the gate voltage rises to a final level VIN while the source-gate voltage of a P-FET 2 lowers. Upon entering into an interval C, the first output pulse from the pulse processing circuit goes H again and the gate potential rises again by VP1 to bias the diode 11 forward and thereby the gate voltage of the P-FET 2 drops quickly to the final level VIN. Operations for the intervals B and C are then repeated.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the number of erasure heads and to simplify the head constitution of a rotary cylinder by erasing an audio signal by one erasure head. CONSTITUTION:The rotary cylinder 18 is rotated at frequency of five times field frequency, and 20 recording tracks per frame cycle can be formed on a magnetic tape by four recording heads 10-13. One recording track on which the audio signal of four channels out of 20 recording tracks is recorded, a recording track which sets respective recording track at both sides of the tracks neighboring to the recording track on which the audio signal is recorded at an unrecorded state, and 17 recording tracks on which video signals are recorded are formed. In other words, an audio signal recording track is provided at every frame cycle of M times, and the audio signal is erased by one erasure head 9. Thereby, it is possible to reduce the number of erasure heads, and to simplify head arrangement on the rotary cylinder.

CONSTITUTION:A 1st head group 4 and a 2nd head group 9 each comprising three heads, the 1st head group 4 applies recording and reproduction to an even number field and the 2nd head group 9 applies recording and reproduction to an odd number field. Moreover, a 1st auxiliary head 5 has a different azimuth angle -theta from that of a center head 1 of the 1st head group 4 and a same head height and a 2nd auxiliary head 10 has a different azimuth angle +theta from that of a center head 7 of the 2nd head group 9 and a same head height. Then a signal reproduced from each head is reproduced by generating a switching signal from a switching signal generator 12 and reproducing a head whose azimuth is coincident with a track of one field at a head switching circuit 11. Thus, the reproduction signal is obtained almost consecutively and the repro duction picture without noise is obtained.
