    • PURPOSE:To obtain a diaphragm of a large specific elastic modulus having suitable internal loss, whose high-frequency characteristic of compass is excellent, by using a cloth of a specific aromatic polyamide fiber for the base of the surface material of a speaker diaphragm having three-layer sandwich constitution. CONSTITUTION:The surface material made of thin film of fiber reinforced plastic is adhered on both surfaces of a core member made of core material and thus the speaker diaphragm of three-layer sandwich constitution is produced, and for the base of the surface material, a cloth of an aromatic polyamide fiber plated with nickel is used. The preferable thickness of said plating is 0.05-0.5mum. Said plating is executed on single piece of the aromatic polyamide fiber of on the roving of the state of keeping the clearance of single fiber, and the plating layer should preferably be formed uniform on the whole surface of the single fiber. Thus the diaphragm has the large specific elastic modulus, hence it propagates the vibration of a voice coil bobbin faithfully when it is used being connected with the voice coil, also, since it has a suitable internal loss, a reflecting vibration from the edge is absorbed, hence the deviation in the high-frequency characteristic of compass is minimized.

    • PURPOSE:To realize a diaphragm for speaker with excellent high-pitched sound frequency characteristic by using a woven cloth made of a metal plating carbon fiber roving as a base member. CONSTITUTION:The diaphragm 1 for speaker is formed as a cone, skin member 3, 4 are bonded to the inner and outer side of a core member 2 made of a honey-comb core of a aluminum foil to form a 3-layer sandwich structure. The skin members 3, 4 use a woven cloth 6 weaving the roving 5 being monofilament aggregate applied with metallic plating to carbon fibers as the base member, a resin is impregnated thereto, the member is cured by heating and pressing to form a fiber reinforced plastic. The piston motion region is expanded by nearly twice in comparison with a conventional paper cone dia phragm, the disturbance in the high-pitched sound frequency characteristic is less, a tone specific to a honey-comb diaphragm is eliminated and the dia phragm for speaker very effective in the physical property and listening charac teristic is obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a single yarn of carbon fiber which enables a machine to decrease its wearing in an electrified part and a guide part, by forming a pitch material, produced from petroleum or coal, into a fine wire to perform its firing so that the wire increases its strength with no winding habit to a reel. CONSTITUTION:A wire electrode material 1 is formed by a single yarn of carbon fiber in which a pitch material is formed into a fine wire to perform its firing. And the machining method by the wire electrode material 1 is such that it is mounted to a wire cut electric discharge machine being held by an upper part guide 2 and a bottom part guide 3 and cutting a workpiece 4. This electrode material 1, having high wire strength, can be given sufficient tension even if it is formed into a very fine wire, and the machining accuracy improves by enabling a drum phenomenon of the workpiece 4 to be prevented. While the material, providing good linearity of the wire with no winding habit to a reel, improves the smoothness of a cut surface. And the material further decreases wearing in the upper and bottom part guides 2, 3 and an electrified part.

    • PURPOSE:To facilitate adjustment of a laser-light taking-out angle when a window is replaced, to eliminate change in laser mode and change in output and to obtain a highly accurate laser oscillator, by providing an angle adjusting device at a laser-light taking-out window. CONSTITUTION:An angle adjusting device at a laser-light taking-out window has a bellows attaching tool 14 and a supporting plate 11, which supports the tip part of micrometers 13 that are attached to an optical base plate 12. A window 7 is provided at the bellows 14 through the optical base plate 12. The bellows 14 are formed so that the optical base plate 12 is freely operated. Laser light 9a is taken out of the window, which is a laser-light taking-out window at a desired angle. At this time one or both of the micrometers 13 are manipulated. Then the bellows 14 are contracted or expanded by the optical base plate 12, which holds the micrometers 13. Thus, the window 7, which is contacted with the optical base plate 12, is moved, and the taking-out angle of the laser light 9b can be obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to easily release a sandwich structure and to improve the close adhesiveness of aluminum, by a method wherein the plating processing of a non-ferrous metal inferior to close adhesiveness is applied to the surface of a mold having received mirror surface finishing and comprising a material low in liner expansion coefficient and a fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) plate of a semi-cured state is placed on the plating layer to mold a reflective mirror base material under heating and pressure while a mirror surface is transferred to said base material and a non-ferrous metal is adhered thereto before a metal having high reflectivity is vapor-deposited to said non-ferrous metal layer. CONSTITUTION:A hard non-ferrous metal layer 11 inferior to close adhesiveness to a mold is plated to the upper surface of a mold frame 10 having received mirror surface processing. A FRP plate 3, a central member 2 and the FRP plate 3 are laminated to the surface of the plating layer in this order through film like adhesive layers 4 and, when the whole is molded under heating and pressure, a mirror surface is transferred to the FRP plate 3 contacted with the mold 10 through the non-ferrous metal layer 11 and the non-ferrous metal layer 11 is adhered to said surface apart from the mold 10. A metal 12 having high reflectivity such as aluminum is vapor-deposited to the FRP plate 3 constituting a sandwich structure 1 having received mirror surface finishing to prepare a reflective mirror wherein the mirror surface finishing of the FRP plate 3 after molding became unnecessary and a working time is shortened.
