    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, when passive radar equipment, which does not radiate any high-frequency radio wave by itself, but utilizes an already existing radio wave, such as the broadcast radio wave, simultaneously receives reflected waves from a target to be detected or tracked and reflected waves etc., having almost the same intensity as that of the reflected waves from the target from a radio wave reflecting body which is not considered as a target by its nature, it is difficult to make a sharp distinction between both reflected waves.
      SOLUTION: A second receiving means having an array antenna 3a is provided near the array reception antenna 2a of a first receiving means 2 and the receiving means are caused to simultaneously make receiving operations. Incident waves are accurately identified by making a sharp distinction between target wave signals and unnecessary reflected waves by calculating the correlation between the wave signals and waves by means of a positional correlation calculator 6 for signal spectra obtained from both receiving means.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent a sealing member from abrasion and damage due to a hole of a base plate part of a fixed scroll by cutting off a part corresponding to the hole opened on the bottom of the base plate part of the fixed scroll for the sealing member inside a spiral groove on the upper surface of a spiral projection of an oscillating scroll. CONSTITUTION:A fixed scroll 1 provided with a spiral projection 1b on the bottom of a base plate 1a and an oscillating scroll 2 provided with a spiral projection 2b on the upper surface of a base plate 2a are prepared, and sealing members 8, 9 are inserted into spiral grooves 6, 7 formed on an end surface of each of the spiral projections 1b, 2b. A by-pass port 12 communicating a circular recessed part 1c provided towards the outer periphery of the base plate 1b through to a compression space 5 is provided on the fixed scroll 1. In such a scroll compressor, the sealing member 9 on the side of the oscillating scroll 2 is preliminary cut off A on a part corresponding to the by-pass port 12 of the fixed scroll 1. Then, movement of the sealing member 9 is prevented by a pin 20 set up in the spiral groove 7.
