CONSTITUTION:In case of igniting a burner, an operating knob 17 is rotated to open a gas circuit, a major gas is supplied from a nozzle 18 to a burner head 13 to mix with a primary air. The mixed gas is discharged out of a flame hole 12a of a burner cap 12, a pilot burner 11 is ignited and then a pilot flame is generated. The pilot flame is abutted against a concave part 13b arranged in an outer periphery 13a of a barrel of the burner head 13, rises up and then the mixed gas discharged from the flame hole 12a of the burner cap 12 can be ignited. An opening hole 16a of the broth receptacle 16 is closely brought into contact with the outer periphery 13a of the barrel of the burner head 13. With such an arrangement, even if the cooked item in a cooking container 15 generates a dripping of broth under a boiled state, the broth may not enter an equipment.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the invasion of water into a variable resistor even when water has invaded from a shaft and prevent the deterioration of temperature regulating function, by a method wherein an operating piece, whose one end if fitted to a knob for temperature regulating or the like, and a tubular section, having a bottom at the side of the other end of the operating piece, are formed integrally while the shaft of the variable resistor is inserted into and attached to the tubular section. CONSTITUTION:An operating cover 33 is constituted of an operating piece 34, fitted to a temperature regulating knob 29, and a tubular section 35, whose bottom 33a is positioned at the other end of the operating piece 34 and fitted to the shaft 32 of a variable resistor 30. When water or boiled liquid splashes onto a front operating board 24, the water or the liquid collides against the operating piece 34 and invades into a cooking apparatus through a guide groove 24 provided on the front operating board 24. In the other hand the shaft 32 of the variable resistor 30 is inserted into and attached to the tubular section 35 of the operating cover 33 and the tubular section of the operating cover 33 has the bottom at the side of the operating piece 34, therefore, the water or liquid will never arrive at the shaft 32 directly. According to this method, the invasion of water into the variable resistor main body may be prevented.

Further water intruding through the guide groove 24b can be preventing from reaching a variable resistor 30 by a stage difference H between the operating piece 34 and the shaft 32.

Protection of a 100V power supply circuit and an electronic circuit within the main body is positively carried out, and troubles such as faults of tools, electric shocks and the like can be prevented, and furthermore, carrying of the device can be facilitated. Since there are no screws for fixing the top plate on the front surface and the side surface of the apparatus, good appearance can be presented and a high-class feeling can also be obtained.
